“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. The issuing power (of money) should be taken away from the banks and restored to the people to whom it properly belongs.”
                          — Thomas Jefferson, U.S. President.

1.  We recommend using double authentication on your password-protected accounts, especially banking.  This means that it requires two or more passwords to access your accounts, typically sent through your phone or email.  In this way, there is also a log when any access of the account occurs.

2.  We recommend using some form of monthly service to watch for signs of fraud or Identity Theft on your bank accounts.

3.  We recommend only using internet browsers with https:// secure access for all websites.

4.  We recommend using duckduckgo.com to hide your brower’s history, and clearing the cache history.

5.  We recommend using an encrypted email service, such as  Startmail, Countermail, Mailfence, Lavabit, Runbox, Hushmail, Protonmail, etc.  (although we have seen hacking with Protonmail, it is still better than a non-encrypted service.)

6.  Check your IP address and location daily.   IPlocation.net,  IPchicken.com, etc.  (There are many similar websites)
Do a screen capture, or take a picture with your cell phone or digital camera.  You will notice that things don’t make sense.  Your IP address is being hacked and monitored.  Then, publish an ebook with this information – that is what the government criminals despise – proof that they are illegally hacking the computers and cell phones of U.S. citizens.  See the ebook, “Cell Phone Hacking & the Nazi Stasi Academy (NSA)”

7.  Water pillows can be helpful in blocking/absorbing some of the microwaves.   Three manufacturers – The Duck and Goose Co., Mediflow, Sure Sleep.

8.  If you are a single female, or concerned about some of the break-ins described by Dr John Hall in his books, we recommend using chain locks on all exterior doors.  And put twist locks on the windows.  You can buy these at Home Depot.

9.  Zip-lock baggies – quart size or gallon size can be helpful at dispersing the microwaves.  Fill with water and double-bag it to prevent leaks.  Add a small amount of bleach or salt to suspend negative ions in the water.  This will also help help to “spread out” the microwaves over a larger area and make them less harmful.
